How We Use It
We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site assessment and prepare a quote. If you become a customer, we use your contact details to carry out and invoice the work you have asked for.
We Do Not Sell Or Share It
We do not share your personal information with any outside companies, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to anyone. The only exceptions are where we are required to disclose information by law, or where a service provider handles it strictly on our behalf in order to run this website and deliver our email.
Service Providers
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When a form is submitted, the message is delivered to our own email inbox through an email delivery provider. These providers process the information only to transmit and store it for us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Cookies And Tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We store a single small preference on your own device to remember whether you have dismissed our cookie notice. If we add website analytics in future, it will only run after you have accepted it in that notice, and you can decline.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where the enquiry becomes a job, for as long as our business and tax records require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
