Offices And
Business Parks
Shared roadways, staff parking and building entrances cleared and treated before the first car arrives, across one building or a whole park.
Everyone Arrives At Once
An office property is empty at four in the morning and full by nine. That gives a narrow window, and the whole job has to be finished inside it rather than worked through while people are parking.
Business parks add a second problem. The internal roads are shared, so one contractor clearing one building does not help if the road to it has not been touched. We service the shared roadways on the same schedule as the buildings on them.
Visitor parking, accessible spaces and the front entrance get treated on every visit. They are the most visible surfaces on the property and the ones a client walks across on their way to a meeting.

|---|---|---|
| Internal roadways | Nobody reaches their building until the shared roads are open. | First pass |
| Building entrances | Treated as well as cleared, before anyone walks on them. | Before staff arrive |
| Accessible parking and curb cuts | Must be clear and treated, never left under a windrow. | Before staff arrive |
| Staff parking | Cleared in full before the morning, then maintained through the event. | Before staff arrive |
| Visitor parking and front entrance | The first thing a client sees on arrival. | Before staff arrive |
| Fire routes | Kept passable at all times. | Maintained throughout |
| Loading and service doors | Couriers and service calls start early. | First pass |
Grounds Through The Summer
Through the growing season the same crew handles grass cutting, bed maintenance, pruning, mulch, and spring and fall clean-ups across the property.
Frontage is what an office property is really buying. The beds at the entrance, the grass along the road and the planters at reception are what a tenant and their visitors judge the building on.
Enhancements such as new beds, armour stone, site furnishings and tree planting are quoted separately so they can be approved on their own budget.
